Critical Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not washing hands in approved handwashing sink or automatic handwashing facility. Observed the person in charge wash their hands in the sink used to wash dishes and splash water onto the pineapple that was draining.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper washing of hands and arms. Observed a food employee wash their hands and then turn off the faucet with their bare hands.

Critical Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed a food employee scratch their back then attempted to put their gloves on.

Critical Repeat Handwashing sink not accessible. There was a plastic pan, box of bananas and the trash can blocking access to the handsink.

Critical Corrected During Inspection A strainer of pineapples had water splash on them when a food employee washed their hands in the hand sink. Pineapple was discarded.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. The hot dogs were 108F on the counter.

Repeat Facility does not have a person with level two certification in food protection.

Food thermometer not readily accessible. There was no thermometer in the milk refrigerator.
