Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed one hanging stored food ladle with the sight of a lighter haze of food film build-up. Note: immediately corrected during inspection.

Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed and discussed with staff of an direct connection (air gap) at the ice-maker for the floor drain which appears in discussion the coupling needs to be strengthed and secured to prevent future slippage. Note: management immdeiately is scheduling this maintenance for completion.
