OBSERVED METAL PANS IMPROPERLY STORED WITH THE FOOD CONTACT SURFACES FACING UPWARD. THE SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PIC TO INVERT THE METAL PANS. THE PIC CORRECTED THE VIOLATION ON SITE.
