Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES WITH DEBRIS. THE EXTERIOR OF THE DEEP FRYER AND OVEN AND INTERIOR OF THE REACH IN COOLER. THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY MANNER.
