Comments
The scheduled Risk Management Plan meeting with Kevin Jerore today at 9:30 am was cancelled by him via email at 9:36 am. An inspection of the facility to provide a status was conducted between 2:30-4:00 pm. Sixty-four photos were taken to verify the current condition inside the facility: in particular the presence of rodents, clutter, and cleaning under shelving unit. Photos were shared with the Commissioner. I am recommending a Suspension of the license until the elimination of rodents is certified by a licensed pest control operator, all flooring and shelving are clean to the sight and touch. Additionally, it may be necessary to hire a contractor to rodent-proof the facility, and remove all ceiling tiles while the pest control is underway.
