OBSERVED CUT TOMATOES, CORNED BEEF, ALL LUNCHMEAT, TOMATO SAUCE, AND HOTDOGS WITH NO DATEMARKS. IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE GROWTH OF PATHOGENS, ALL TCS READY TO EAT FOODS SHOULD BE DATEMARKED WITH THE DAY OF OPENING THE PACKAGE OR PREPARING THE PRODUCT AND DISCARDED WITHIN 7 DAYS. DATEMARKS WERE PLACED ON ALL ITEMS AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. IN THE FUTURE, ALL TCS READY TO EAT FOOD ITEMS NOT DATEMARKED WILL BE DISCARDED AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.

IN ORDER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION, ALL CHEMICALS SHOULD BE STORED IN A DESIGNATED AREA AWAY FROM FOOD, DISHWARE, AND UTENSILS. CHEMICALS WERE MOVED TO AN APPROPRIATE AREA.
