Comments
Received a complaint stating "Complainant purchased stuffed clam shells 3/31/2021. Had Shigellosis. Observed set-up with the hand washing sink water above 100°F, soap, and missing disposable towel dispenser which staff immediately installed by a relocation today 4-23-21. Management informs gloves, utensils and wax paper is always applied with no bare hand contact with food. All refrigerated temperatures for the stuffed clam shells is at 9°F- 30°F with the 90 day tags observed in chronological order.
In addition, dating back to March 31st there was no appearing or reportable illness for all of their employees.
