TO PREVENT CROSS CONTANIMATION AND THE SPREAD OF FOOD BORNE ILLNESSES THERE SHALL BE AT LEAST A ONE INCH AIR GAP BETWEEN THE DRAIN AND THE CONDENSATE LINE.
