Handwashing sink not accessible. The hand sink by the mixer in the bakery area is blocked and their is no access. This sink must be available at all times.
3717-1-04.4(O)/Manual warewashing equipment - chemical sanitization using detergent-sanitizers
Detergent-sanitizer is not available to wash dishes in the two compartment sink in the meat department. Discontinue using the two compartment sink until an approved detergent sanitize is available to use.
3717-1-03.5(D)(5)/Modifying a packaged meat label without removing state or federal inspection legend
The meat inspection stamp was covered with the store label for the Adaptable meals boneless pork shoulder in the meat display case.
