No soap at handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED NO HAND SOAP AT THE 2ND HANDWASHING SINK.

No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWELS AT THE 2ND HANDWASHING SINK.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of food items. OBSERVED COFFEE PACKETS STORED ON THE FLOOR UNDER RACKS. PIC MOVED COFFEE TO ANOTHER AREA WHERE IT WAS AT LEAST 6 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. OBSERVED THE CABINETS UNDER THE SLUSHY MACHINES WERE SOILED BOTH ON THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR.

Improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. OBSERVED THE ENCLOSURE FOR THE DUMPSTER HAS A PILE OF GARBAGE BEHIND IT.
