Comments
This report is in response due to a basement electrical fire which occurred located inside the locker #2 area. Observations included a blanket of soot which encompassed all three adjoining lockers which use this one aisle. These three identified stands are Jim's Meats, West Side Cafe, and Reilly's. The Sanitarian communicated to all three owner operators all products which are for consumption and are determined to not be completely sealed for food safety at one hundred percent and was exposed to today's 8-29-21 early morning fire must be discarded. Please see the voluntary destruction form. In addition, all exposed surfaces must be thoroughly clean to remove all soot and sanitized.
