Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper temperature of wash solution in mechanical warewasher. OBSERVED THE WASH SOLUTION AT 156 DEGREES F IN THE DISH MACHINE. THE WASH SOLUTION SHALL BE HELD AT 160 DEGREES F OR ABOVE.
