Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection OBSERVED THE PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) HAD NOT IDENTIFIED THE MAJOR FOOD ALLERGENS. TO DEMONSTRATE KNOWLEDGE, THE PIC SHALL IDENTIFY THE MAJOR FOOD ALLERGENS (MILK, WHEAT, FISH, SOY, EGGS, PEANUTS, AND TREENUTS. THE SANITARIAN SUCCESSFULLY EDUCATED THE PIC.
