Critical Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed a wait staff person put on gloves without washing the hands.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper bare-hand contact with RTE foods. Lemons were being cut by a food employee with bare hands. This allowed for contamination of the lemons.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw eggs were stored over vegetables in the upright refrigerator.
