Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed foods that are from an unapproved source.OBSERVED A JAR OF SAUERKRAUT THAT WAS FROM AN UNAPPROVED SOURCE.
To prevent foodborne illness, food shall be obtained from sources that comply with law.TO PREVENT THE GROWTH OF PATHOGENS THAT MAY CAUSE A FOODBORNE ILLNESS, FOOD SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM AN APPROVED SOURCE.

Repeat Facility did not have one employee with supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service with level two certification in food protection.OPERATION DOES NOT HAVE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR WITH A LEVEL II CERTIFICATION. NOTE: PIC WILL REGISTER FOR LEVEL II CLASS BY MARCH 1, 2018.
At least one employee that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall obtain the level two certification in food protection according to rule 3701-21-25 of the Administrative Code.
