THE SANITARIAN MET WITH THE OWNER AND MANAGER OF THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION FOR THE FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION AND RECEIPT OF FOOD LICENSE PAYMENT WAS PROVIDED FOR THE CURRENT 2023-2024 YEAR. THE BROKEN COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE FACILITY AND SEVERAL CRITICAL/NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED AND THE FSO IS NOW PERMITTED TO RE-OPEN FOR BUSINESS. A FINAL RE-INSPECTION IS SCHEDULED FOR 8/22/23
