Improper storage of food items. ALL FOOD ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED UNTIL INFESTATION HAS BEEN ELIMINATED.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. UNTIL THE PEST PROBLEM HAS BE REMEDIATED CLEANING SHALL CONTINUE.

NOTE: MET WITH KEVIN JERORE FOR REINSPECTION TO REOPEN THIS LOCATION. LOCATION HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS. FLOORS WERE STILL DIRTY, ALL DUMPSTER WERE FILLED WITH DEBRIS. MANAGER STATED THAT THE COMMUNITY USE THEIR DUMPSTER. KEVIN'S BOSS ARRIVED - I EXPRESS THE ADDITIONAL AREAS THAT STILL NEEDED CLEANING. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. THE PEST CONTROL GUY ARRIVED - HE POINTED OUT POINTS OF INTRUSION AROUND THE FACILITY. RECEIVED COPIES OF PEST CONTROL VISITS.
