| Facility is undergoing ownership change and being rebranded from 7-Eleven. This inspection will also serve as a compliance inspection. The Subway portion will remain unchanged but all 7-Eleven branded equipment (coolers, beverage dispenser, hot dog rollers) and menu items are being removed from the convenience portion of the store. |
