Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper washing of hands and arms. Observed the bar tender wash their hands with sanitizer, turn off the faucet with their bare hands and use a cloth towel to dry their hands. When asked the bar tender said they use the same towel all night to dry their hands.

Repeat Facility does not have a person with level two certification in food protection.

The same towel is used at the hand sink all night to dry the bar tender's hands.
