| Wanda Foote and I had a consultation with the Owner of La Plaza Supermarket to observe and discuss the expansion / renovation at La Plaza Supermarket located at 13609 Lakewood Heights Blvd. in Cleveland, Ohio. The Owner has completed a new expansion at the front of the Market for an addition of a new 'Taco Bar'. The 'cook tops' are new. The refrigeration units are also new. There is seating for customers, but the food can also be purchased to go. All equipment temperatures were satisfactory. He is going to operate this Taco Bar under his current license. There is also an area for the addition of an Ice Cream Bar. They are planning to open the Ice Cream Bar in the Spring. |
