Received a complaint stating "Contaminated food being put out for sale after insects were on it".

In today's inspection sanitarian discussed with management of pest control applications regarding observed numerous fly activity in the food preparation and cooking area. It was recognized insect pest trapping controls needed to be maintained as also the pest non-working lighting was able to be restored at the time of inspection. A code violation to eliminate the numerous fly activity is in effect in today's inspection.
