Corrected During Inspection Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. OBSERVED A DEEPLY SCORED CUTTING BOARD. THE PIC DISCARDED THE CUTTING BOARD AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.

Corrected During Inspection Non-durable equipment observed. OBSERVED TWO SPATULAS THAT WERE CHIPPED AND DAMAGED. PIC DISCARDED SPATULAS.
