Critical Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment not sanitized at the required frequency. OBSERVED THERE TO BE NO WAY TO PROPERLY WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE FOOD CONTACT SURFACES INCLUDING COFFEE CARAFES. DISCONTINUE SALES OF OPEN FOODS UNTIL 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IS SUPPLIED.
