III - Preventing Contamination by Hands: The hand washing sink(s) were not accessible for convenient use by employees.Observed mop bucket with mop blocking the hand sink. The hand sink must be accessible at all times so that hand washing can be encourage and performed to remove dirt and debris.PIC removed mop bucket from in from of handsink

VII - Protection from Contamination: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils were not being sanitized.Observed can opener blade is dirty.To prevent growth of potential foodborne illness causing pathogens, food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried every 4 hours while in use, and stored clean. Inspector instructed PIC to wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry can opener blade using again.
