Corrected During Inspection Improper use of a rodent bait station. OBSERVED LOOSE POISON NEXT TO THE BAIT STATION. PIC REMOVED LOOSE POISON AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.

Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. OBSERVED BOTTOM SHELF OF THE COOLER WAS SOILED WITH FOOD DEBRIS. PIC REMOVED FOOD DEBRIS AND CLEANED BOTTOM SHELF OF COOLER.

Corrected During Inspection Facility not maintained clean. OBSERVED BOTTOM CABINETS UNDER THE SINK NEED TO BE CLEANED. PIC CLEANED BOTTOM CABINETS AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.
