No soap at handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED THE SOAP DISPENSER AT THE HANDWASHING SINK WAS NOT WORKING OR EMPTY. PIC SUPPLIED SOAP AT THE HANDWASHING SINK. PLEASE FIX DISPENSER.

IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS, ALL EMPLOYEES MUST READ AND SIGN THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICY. PIC EMAILED THE POLICY TO USE AS THEIR OWN.

III - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED THE SOAP DISPENSER IS EMPTY OR THE BATTERY IS DEAD. IN ORDER TO PREVENT POOR HYGIENE, ALL HANDWASHING SINKS SHOULD BE SUPPLIED WITH HANDWASHING SOAP. PIC PLACED SOAP AT THE SINK.

X - P - Chemical: Toxic materials are properly identified and stored. OBSERVED ALL CHEMICALS ARE STORED IN A DESIGNATED AREA AWAY FROM FOOD AND UTENSILS.
