CUSTOMER HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CAMPYLOBACTERIOSIS AFTER CONSUMING SALAD WITH CHOPPED SIRLOIN. CAMPYLOBACTERIOSIS IS A FOODBORNE ILLNESS THAT IS DEVELOPED FROM UNDERCOOKED FOODS SUCH AS: POULTRY, MEAT, AND SEAFOODS. HOWEVER, THERE WERE ISSUES WITH COLD TCS FOODS NOT (DATE MARKED) AND COLD HELD AT THE (IMPROPER) TEMPERATURES. OBSERVED THAT MEATS SUCH AS: SAUSAGES AND CORN BEEF HASH WERE COOKED AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURES. THEREFORE, ACCORDING TO THE OBSERVATION, THERE WERE NO EVIDENCE OF FOODS UNDERCOOKED.
