Critical Repeat Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. OBSERVED POP NOZZLES ON PEPSI MACHINE ARE SOILED. OBSERVED ICE GUARD BOLTS AND LEFT AND RIGHT UPPER CORNERS ARE SOILED. IN ORDER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION, ALL FOOsCONTACT SURFACES SHOULD BE KEPT CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH. PIC INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ICE MACHINE GUARD AND POP NOZZLES CLEANED AND SANITIZED.
