Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. The can opener tip was soiled.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. In the two door prep refrigerator the pasta salad was 44F, egg salad 42F and the tuna salad was 44F. In the line refrigerators the sausage was 63F, diced tomatoes were 43F, tuna salad 45F, corn beef 45F. In the walkin refrigerator the pastrami was 43F. Have units checked.
