Working food containers not properly labeled. OBSERVED NO LABELS ON WORKING BOTTLES OF SAUCES IN PREP COOLER.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. OBSERVED THE FLOOR TILE WAS DAMAGED BEHIND THE BAR AND IN NEED OF REPAIR.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Repeat No protective shielding on lights. OBSERVED NO LIGHT SHIELD OVER THE LIGHT IN THE KITCHEN. PROVIDE A LIGHT SHIELD OR REPLACE WITH A SHATTER PROOF LIGHT BULB.
