Critical Foods from unapproved sources. Observed facility selling sandwiches that were being made by an unapproved source. Owner states that a chef that she knows makes the sandwiches but that he does not have a permitted business. Owner was advised to immediately stop selling the sandwiches from the source.

Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed sandwiches that were being sold at location were either not date marked or improperly date marked. TCS foods must be properly date marked and held for no more than 7 days with day of preparation being Day 1.
