BASED ON THE INHERENT RISK HAZARDS INVOLVED IN FOOD OPERATION THE FSO SHOULD ALWAYS EMPLOY PERSON IN CHARGE WITH PIC-LEVEL ONE FOOD HANDLER OR HIGHER.
