Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. Person in charge shall have managers certification in food protection and be avaliable in the facility during all hours of operaion.

3717-1-05.4(Q) / Cleaning receptacles.
Waste receptacles or handling units not cleaned and maintained. Observed soiled waste cans in food prep with encrusted food and dirt. Clean the waste cans prior to placing plastic liners in them. Clean as often as necessary to prevent a build up of old food and dirt which will attract insects or rodents.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Clean the flooring throughtout the facility removing observed litter (cups, etc) and maintain.
