| Received a complaint stating: "Complainant said there were wrappers and debris on the floor. The carpet is filthy. Someone needs to do something about this.." In today's inspection sanitarian observed and informed by management continuously communicates with staff employees of upkeep of the floors in the FSO. Carpet is cleaned while new replacement carpet installation is in progress by the owner. The upkeep is always to be as soon as availability without a health concern to the customer. Note: sanitarian was unable to observed a single floor wrapper at time of today's inspection. Note: Ecolab exterminating is available at contact phone number: 1-800-325-1671. |
