Critical SANITARIAN OBSERVED RAT FECES IN THE BASEMENT. TO PREVENT THE CONTAMINATION OF FOOD, DISHWARE, UTENSILS, ETC., ALL RODENTS, THEIR HARBORAGE, AND ENTRY POINTS MUST BE ELIMINATED FROM THE PREMISES. SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO TAKE IMMEDIATE MEASURES TO REMOVE RODENTS.
