OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING TCS FOODS HELD AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURES IN COLD HOLDING: SALAD COOLER SLAW: 48*F SHREDDED CHEESE: 47*F SLICED TOMATOES: 51*F PIZZA COOLER DRAWERS BREADED CHICKEN:48*F SEAWEED SALAD:46*F VEGAN CHEESE:50*F SHREDDED CHEESE: 55*F TO PREVENT THE GROWTH OF PATHOGENS THAT MAY CAUSE A FOODBORNE ILLNESS, TCS FOODS SHALL BE HELD AT 41 DEGREES F OR BELOW IN COLD HOLDING.
