III - Preventing Contamination by Hands: The hand washing sink(s) were not accessible for convenient use by employees. Observed a pitcher of water in hand sink basin. Hand sinks must be accessible at all time to encourage washing hands for the removal of particulates and germs . P'.I.C cleared the sink at time of inspection.
