Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. The QUAT was 100 PPM and the water temperature was 95F.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. The canned pears were 58F set out at room temperature.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. The green beans were dated 11/2 and the discard date was 11/9. Only allowed for 6 calendar days.

Corrected During Inspection Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. The cutting boards had deep cuts and discolored.
