Observed the light intensity to be less than twenty foot candles in bakery walk-in freezer. Properly restore the lighting in the bakery walk-in freezer to a light intensity of at least twenty foot candles which two of the three ceiling light ballasts are observed to be non-working. Note: CDPH informed the first attempt of repair of the two ballasts was unsuccessful with maintenance now scheduled for this repair.
