Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed 2 tcs prepared items not properly date marked in the reach-in deli case. Properly date mark all TCS foods located in the reach-in deli case. Note: the deli turkey roll and one portion of american cheese was immediately date marked to be corrected at the time of inspection.
