Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Provide water at the handwashing sink water at 00°F and/or above temperature. Note: CDPH observed and was informed how maintenance is already in the process and will return from this past Friday in order to complete this repair.

Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. re-install the observed partially detached ceiling tile located in the rear dry storage area. Note: CDPH informed by staff the city maintenance will be contacted to address this re-install.
