OBSERVED THAT THERE IS NO COLD WATER COMING OUT FROM THE FAUCET AT THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.
MAKE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS/POSSIBLE REPAIRS TO PROVIDE COLD WATER FROM THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.
3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
Corrected During Inspection Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED NO SOAP INSIDE OF THE WOMENS' RESTROOM.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. SOAP WAS PROVIDED INSIDE OF THE WOMENS' RESTROOM DURING THE TIME OF INSPECTION. Correct By: 20-Aug-2018

Observed no towels or hand drying device at the handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWELS IN EITHER THE MENS' OR THE WOMENS' RESTROOMS.
To prevent contamination by hands, each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall beprovided with: Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS OR A HAND DRYING DEVICE IN BOTH THE MENS' AND WOMENS' RESTROOMS FOR HAND DRYING.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. OBSERVED BROKEN GLASS, EMPTY BEVERAGE BOXES AND OTHER DEBRIS UNDERNEATH THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND THROUGHOUT THE FLOOR BEHIND THE BAR.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. THROUGHLY CLEAN THE ENTIRE FLOOR THRUGHOUT THE BAR TO PREVENT POSSIBLE PEST/RODENT INFESTATION AND POSSIBLE HARBORAGE.

The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. OBSERVED A CRACKED FRONT WINDOW.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. REPLACE THE CRACKED FRONT WINDOW.
