No written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal events. Facility did not have written copy of vomiting and diarrheal clean up procedures.

3717-1-04.2(A) / Equipment - cooling, heating, and holding capacities.
Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food. Observed cooler number 3 has some hot spots. Observed at the top of the cooler temperature is 36F but towards the bottom it is temping at 45F. Please make sure the entire cooler is maintaining a temperature of 41F or below when holding TCS Foods.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. Observed in cooler number 3 there was no internal thermometer to monitor temperature.

Outer opening not protected. Observed the door in the backroom that leads to the outside is not tightly sealed and has a gap at the bottom. Doors leading to the outside must be tightly sealed.
