Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration.OBSERVED SANTIZER FOR QUATERNARY AMMONIA WAS 100PPM. TO PROPERLY SANITIZE DISHES FOR THE REDUCTION OF BACTERIA THE SOLUTION STRENGHT MUST BE BETWEEM 200-400 PPM. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MORE TABLETS WAS ADDED TO WATER SOLUTION TO ACHIEVE THE PROPER PPM.
