THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND SANITIZE BEFORE USING TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION WHICH CAUSES FOODBORNE ILLNESS. THE PERSON IN CHARGE IMMEDIATELY HAD FOOD WORKER TO WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE CAN OPENER AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
