Received a complaint stating "kitchen employees no hair nets men with long beards not covered and roaches".

In today's inspection sanitarian observed no evidence of the above insect activity throughout the Food Service operation which includes a thorough check of the dining area.
Note: management staff is also informing all food handler employees are applying hair restraints and facial hair restraints as observed a beards to be present when handling ready-to-eat food.

In addition, management informs this protocol will be again communicated with all employees to ensure complete Public Food Safety to all the customers.
