TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF FOOD WHICH CAN LEAD TO A FOODBORNE ILLNESS, PERSON SHALL NOT HAVE ANY BARE HAND CONTACT WITH (RTE) FOODS. UTENSILS CAN BE USED SUCH AS: SPATULAS, TONGS, SPOONS, AND SINGLE - USE GLOVES. PERSON IN CHARGE INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD THE COOKED RICE FROM POT.
