SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) TO DISCARD THESE FOODS. FURTHERMORE, SANITARIAN CAPTURED THE ACTIVITY ON THE VOLUNTARY DESTRUCTION FORM.
