Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not washing hands in approved handwashing sink or automatic handwashing facility. Observed a food employee wash their hands in a sink used to wash dishes.

3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Repeat Handwashing sink not accessible. The trash can is in front of the hand wash sink. There are dishes in the way of the hand sink. Remove dishes by hand sink, move the trash can so that the hand sink is available.

3717-1-04.6(B) / Sanitizing frequency of utensils and food-contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
Critical Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment not sanitized at the required frequency. The probe thermometer is not sanitized between use. The probe thermometer must be washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried between use or an alcohol swab can be used in between use, it is an FDA standard.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Level Two Certified Manager
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with level two certification in food protection.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
