Critical Observed the presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. OBSERVED DROPPINGS ON THE SHELVES.
To prevent illness, the presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled by: Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or pesticides used according section (C), (K) and (L) of rule 3717-1-07.1 of this code; and eliminating harborage conditions. CORRECT BY: INCREASING PEST CONTROL SERVICE, REMOVING TRASH AND DEBRIS MORE FREQUENTLY FROM THE FACILITY. Correct By: 29-May-2018

Observed floors, walls, and/or ceilings that were not constructed of approved materials. OBSERVED SEVERAL DAMAGED CEILING TILES AND MISSING FLOOR TILES - A POTENTIAL TRIP HAZARD.
Where FSO or RFE activities are conducted, materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable; closely woven and easily cleanable carpet for carpeted areas; and nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. OBSERVED THE MOP IN THE AISLE, LEANING AGAINST THE SHELVES.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
